Welcome to Buttercream Fantasy! By accessing or purchasing from our bakery, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Orders must be placed at least one to two weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Orders can be placed, by phone or online.

50% of the payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

The remaining balance must be paid upon pickup.

We accept Venmo, Zelle and cash payments.
Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations require 96 hours notice for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified period.

Refunds for incorrect orders will be issued at our discretion after a review.
Delivery and Pickup

We do not offer delivery. All orders must be picked up at the agreed time from us.

Pickup orders must be collected within Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm .

We are not responsible for orders left uncollected beyond the scheduled time.
Allergen Disclaimer

Our products may contain common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten.

Customers must notify us of any dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.
Product Quality and Liability

We take pride in offering high quality baked goods. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Once an order leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any damage or changes to the product due to improper handling or transportation.

All products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
